cutlery auto feed system

This cutlery/tableware automatic feeder could be installed in the punch press machine, used for the stainless steel spoon edge cutting/trimming. 410#, 420#, 430# standard stainless steel materials could be processed with this automatic feeder. Only need one worker put the blanking into material inlet and take out the finished work piece to the product basket from the material outlet. With this cutlery/tableware automatic feeder, one worker could operate 2~5 sets of machines at the same time。

This feeding system mainly applies to the stainless steel cutlery manufacturing, installed with the hydraulic press or punch press machine, to achieve the automatic production. This automatic feeder is used for stainless steel fork processing, include fork handle embossing, fork tine cutting and fork cup bending, stainless steel sheet in, fork out.
