This automatic feeder is used for 430#, 420#, 410# standard stainless steel knife edge trimming.
With this automatic feeder, you could save at least 50% labor cost, improve 50%~60% production capacity.
The working process is use the high magnetic rod to hold the blanking from material inlet and convey the blank sheet to the knife cup cutting station, after finished the knife cup cutting, the rod will convey it to the material outlet, then the knife edge trimming finished. With this cycling work process, the stainless steel knife could be produced automatically.
