This pneumatic automatic feeder is installed with the punch press machine, stainless steel fork's edge cutting and tine cutting could be processed in one mould/die with this feeder. All of 410#, 420#, 430# standard materials are suitable for this automatic feeder.

Descriptions:
The feeder's work process is use the high magnetic rod to hold the blanking from the feeder's inlet and convey the stainless steel sheet to do the edge cutting and tine cutting, then the rod convey the finished fork to the feeder's outlet. Cycling work in this mode, the stainless steel fork could be produced automatically.
Not only be used in cutlery, tableware & kitchenware, but also could be used in other hardware parts production.
